Physical Education Teacher for 15 years, over weight after 3 pregnancies and living in Europe. Here, Im going to share my daily activities at gym, cardio, trainings and diet to recover my previous shape. I work nights at nurse/care assistant in England, but I have a Physical Education degree and Post- Graduation in Sports Nutrition in Brazil. I use to teach gimnastics for ladies, spin, jump fit, bodybuilding classes and everything I use to love in several body activities. I have short time to go to gym, I have 3 children and a busy mum. My solution was to live in a Hotel to stay near everything I need to make my life healthier and better. 👑
