I'm an indoor cycle/spin & bootcamp fitness instructor. I've been involved in the Health & Fitness industry for over 10yrs. I have worked in a variety of different environments, such as Community & Rehabilitation centers. Currently teaching at a local fitness gym & teach online ZOOM spin & circuit classes. I love teaching indoor cycling and coaching bootcamp fitness classes! Teaching indoor spin & coaching fitness classes such as bootcamp, TRX, KB, Body Bar and bands is my passion. Feeling the music, feel the rhythm with everyone & just being me( work hard in a crazy fun and entertaining way). It's all about your journey!  Meeting and connecting with new people. Most importantly, just have fun and you get a total body workout at the same time! Aside from teaching, I enjoy time with my family. I am a foodie. I love working out indoor/outdoor, traveling, hiking & exploring
