im finding myself amazed by the human body and its abilities over and over again while practicing yoga.
now stop for a moment, and pay your attention to your breath take a long and slow breath, hold it for a moment, and slowly release with sound….ahhh
does it feel good?
So im here to share with you the good feeling of yoga practice, asanas (poses) and what good about them in a slightly different way ๐
